A South Asian twist on a family favorite, this semi-sweet treat marries unexpected notes of spice to a toothsome, fruity dessert.

Ingredients
- 2 pouches Organic Brown Rice
- 1 - 8 oz. can coconut milk
- ¾ cup golden raisins
- ¾ cup craisins (dried cranberries)
- ¾ cup chopped almonds
- 1 dash Cinnamon
- 1 dash Cardamon
- 1 dash Cumin
Preparation Instructions
- Microwave rice as directed
- In a small saucepan, warm 2 oz. of coconut milk on low heat
- Add almonds to warm milk to soften
- Remove almonds from heat
- Fluff rice in mixing bowl, stirring in almonds
- Add cinnamon, cardamon and cumin rice, season to taste
- Add raisins and craisins to rice, stirring in ~ 2 oz. of cold coconut milk
- Cover rice and chill

- Serve in dessert bowls, garnish per your preferences
