Ennis Friedman is a graduate of Buckeye University. She started her career at the Bill Culpepper agency as an assistant in the legal department. She joined the Danny Rose Agency in 1987.

Ennis became a partner at Danny Rose, before setting out on her own in October 2000. She is proud to have worked with esteemed playwrights Leigh Atwater, Richard Mothersbaugh, and Ntozake Shange among others.

Jennie Gwinnett is a graduate of the SUNY Potsdam with a BA in Theater Administration. A comedy aficionado, Jennie studied stand up and improv under Carol Burnett at Second City in Chicago and worked as a stand-up comedian in Toronto and Mississauga, Ontario.

She moved to Los Angeles in 2008 and has performed at the Hollywood Bowl and the Silver Lake Comedy Club.

Jennie started at All Star as an intern in January 2009 and worked her way up to a fully franchised agent in just five years. Jennie continues to do stand-up occasionally and enjoys traveling to see clients.
